7 inch touch screen is the main user interface of my Inova DIY SLS 3D printer. It is used not only to control the printer, but also for the nesting and slicing. Our software "SLS4All Compact" allows to perform these operations either directly on the printer or remotely from the notebook, workstation etc.

Display holder was 3D printed from Prusament PET-G on my Prusa MK3s.

Production of the halogen heater holder for my DIY SLS 3D Printer. It has been made from the 6082 aluminum sheet - thickness 1,5mm.
The milled part was annealied before bending to avoid cracks.
Milling parameters:
Holes & Cuts

Tool: d3mm, 2 Flute Carbide Endmill
Spindle Speed: 17.000 rpm
Feed Rate: 500 mm/min.
Ap: 0,5 mm

Milled parts were annealed in the bend area before bending to prevent cracks.
Annealing parameters

Temperature: approximately 500-550 °C.
Cooling: rapid
