I was one of the early adopters of the SLS4ALL full kit. I was really impressed with how well this was packaged and arrived undamaged to the US.
The kit had everything I needed to build; tools, hardware, lubricants and sealants, etc. Everything was boxed and labeled ready to go. The on-line video assembly instructions should be an industry standard and although there were some unclear areas, Tomas quickly addressed them and made the changes on demand so the next group wouldn’t have similar issues.
After complete assembly, Tomas and Pavel helped me through every stage of the printing process until I had perfectly printed parts. The support was amazing. Pavel continues to upgrade the software regularly to meet customer needs.
