We purchased the printer at the end of 2024, and from the very beginning the support from Tomas and his team has been excellent, with fast shipping and great assistance during assembly. What could be a big challenge — building the machine — quickly turns into a “Lego-like” experience thanks to the amazing interactive manual provided. During the assembly process, we had a few questions, which Tomas promptly answered despite the time zone differences.
Any question, no matter how simple, is answered and explained as many times as necessary, which builds confidence and shows the team’s dedication. We are very satisfied with the print quality and the great cost-benefit that the SLS4All printer offers.
